According to the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office, the No Wake Zone that was in effect for Lower St. Martin Parish has been lifted.
The Sheriff’s Department issued the No Wake Zone due to the threat of high water last month in the Stephensville and Belle River areas of the parish.
The department says sandbag operations have also been suspended.
