Two vendors are taking home plaques after competing against dozens in the 3rd Annual Rouses Markets Acadiana Po-Boy Festival.
Festival-goers arrived at Parc Sans Souci at 11 a.m. and munched on an array of po-boys before the winners were announced.
Tony Chachere’s won the judge’s vote, and the festival participants picked Cochon Cannery as their winner.
Following the festivities, po-boy festival organizers hosted their after party at The Wurst Biergarten with a performance by Ray Boudreaux.
A portion of the proceeds from today’s event will be donated to Big Brother Big Sisters of Acadiana.
