Commercial real estate industry professionals from across Louisiana attended the 6th Annual Acadiana Commercial Outlook today at the LITE Center.
The REALTORS® Commercial Alliance of Acadiana hosts the event to examine the state of the industry in Acadiana, emerging trends and the future outlook for commercial real estate.
Charles Goodson, President and CEO of PetroQuest, kicked off the event with a look at what is happening in the oil and gas industry so far in 2018. He discussed the impact that government regulations have had on the industry and did a comparison between past industry downturns and the current one.
Other presentations discussed retail, industrial and commercial real estate outlooks and a look at the economic impact of UL’s athletics programs.
