Audio Operator

KATC TV3, an ABC affiliate in Lafayette,LA, has an immediate Full Time opening for an Audio Operator. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years newscast production experience. Job description includes operating studio audio for broadcasts, posting content to our website at KATC.com, as well as other duties assigned by Operations Manager or News Director. College degree preferred but not required. Candidate must be a self starter who is able to work well with others in a fast pace environment and be able to communicate effectively. Candidate must be able to complete tasks quickly and accurately. Nights, weekends and holiday shifts are required. Closing date for referrals, when position is filled.
