New Orleans likely to have stay-at-home order extended until mid-May

New Orleans will be extending the stay-at-home mandate until at least May 16, according to an order Mayor LaToya Cantrell filed in Civil District Court Wednesday.

Cantrell issued the current mandate in mid-March. Governor John Bel Edwards has a similar order in place for the state through at least April 30.
