Kaplan city employees are joining most of Louisiana by getting into the Mardi Gras spirit.
Everyone who came to the decorated city hall was greeted by employees in costume.
City leaders say they’re excited to celebrate Mardi Gras on Tuesday with such a tight-knit community.
“We hope everyone comes out and has a good time,” said Kaplan Mayor Mike Kloesel. “It’s going to be cold Tuesday, but it’s going to be clear, so it’s going to be a good time. It’s going to be a great time. There’s food along the route; people share. It’s just an awesome experience. If you haven’t been to Kaplan, you’ll want to come.”
