LAFAYETTE, La. — As the temperatures chill down, the holiday spirit revs up.
Saturday afternoon at Northgate Mall in Lafayette, Santa came to town for a cause. Lafayette residents gathered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the chance to sit in Santa's lap.
The event was a fundraiser for the Upsilon Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
