A third person has been arrested in connection with the November slaying of Oveyanna Francis.
Francis, 23, died in a November shooting that happened at the Himbola Manor apartment complex.
The most recent arrest was Ledontra Lewis, 18, who was booked on a warrant for second-degree murder and illegal use of weapons.
Also arrested and accused in the case are two 17-year-olds, both of Carencro, who were booked on second-degree murder and illegal weapon use warrants last month.
