It's official!
As of today, KATC has joined Gray Media Inc. in a transfer that's been in the works since July 2025.
This moves KATC from the E.W. Scripps Company to join Gray's other Louisiana stations, which include WAFB in Baton Rouge, WVUE in New Orleans and KPLC in Lake Charles.
The swap also moves WSYM (Fox) in Lansing, Michigan to the Gray family of stations.
