The Lafayette Police Department is investigating a vehicle crash on I-10 East at the Ambassador Caffery exit.
Police say the Ambassador Caffery exit (Exit 100) is closed. Traffic is being diverted to the N. University exit (Exit 101).
Drivers are asked to find an alternative route while emergency officials work to clear the roadway.
