LAFAYETTE PARISH — The Lafayette Garden Club announced the winners for the cleanest school and the anti-litter poster contest at the Children's Museum of Acadiana.
The winning schools were Lafayette High, Milton Middle, and Charles M. Burke Elementary schools.
Lafayette Consolidated Government and the Bayou Vermilion District Preservation Association hope this encourages students to take care of the environment and their neighborhoods.
