LAFAYETTE PARISH — The Atchafalaya Basinkeeper will be hosting their monthly meeting on Monday, May 8, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Cavalier House Books. Executive Director and Basinkeeper, Dean Wilson, will be the speaker. He will be discussing the management plan, sedimentation in the Basin, and flood protection.
