Jennings voters rejected two millage renewals on Saturday.
Voters refused to continue a 4.01 mill that pays for the library, with 43 percent approving the continuation and 57 saying no.
Voters likewise refused to continue an 8.96 mill tax that funds streets, parks and bridges in the city. That vote was 45 percent yes, 55 percent no.
