At this time in any normal year, people all over Acadiana - and the world - would be getting ready to head downtown for Festival International.
But this year, things are different and so is Festival. Starting Friday, the first ever Virtual Festival International will take place. You can don your tie-dyes or flower crowns or boho chic or whatever you usually wear for Festival, and you can have your Pop's bread bowl and your Festival Punch, too.

The Festival staff have worked to put together shows from around the world on the Festival Facebook and on AOC. There will be concerts, "nostalgic blast from the past videos" and even what's being called an "International Collaborative Surprise."

It's not up yet, but Festival promises links to Festival Marché artists’ websites will be provided on the site.
The Official Virtual Festival Cocktail Stops are multiple Legends locations + Cafe 20.3, where you can get your Festival Punch, along with free souvenir cups. A portion of the proceeds will help to support Festival International.
Pins, posters, shirts, flags and other FI swag will be available at those stops, and also are available to purchase online here.
