Posted
and last updated

On this week's Ca C'est Bon, Abby and Chef Marcus are making chicken sandwiches.

The recipe is simple, but they believe you can put it to the test up against your favorite fast food chain any day.

Follow along with the videos, which will post later this morning, or scroll down for the recipe to make your own.

Ingredients:

Two chicken tenders, pounded out thin
Butter milk for marinating
Frying oil at 350 degrees
Flour
Bread
Mayonnaise
Your favorite hot sauce
Your favorite seasoning
Pickle

Instructions:

Marinate your chicken in buttermilk and your favorite seasoning for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Cover in flour. Fry in oil at 350 degrees.
Separately, mix mayonaise and hot sauce in a bowl. You can add more hot sauce or more mayonnaise depending on your preferences, and add your favorite seasoning too.
Lightly toast two pieces of bread (no butter).
Cover one side of each piece of bread with your new spicey mayonnaise mix.
Take chicken out of oil after 2 to 3 minutes. Put chicken on bread and enjoy!
