Tonight will be the first ever Bootiful Halloween in the Neighborhood at the Northgate Mall. The event will last from 6 to 8 p.m. with more than 40 businesses and many local residents passing out candy in the halls of the mall.
On top of the usual trick or treat handouts, there will be free food and drinks, giveaways, a DJ and more! The Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office and McDonald's will hand out some fun surprises, and a celebrity guest says he will make an appearance.
This event is free and open to the public as a safe, warm and dry alternative to trick or treating outdoors in the neighborhoods.
