The Lafayette Parks and Recreation Department has opened registration for their 2020 Senior Olympics.
Events start at the beginning of April and will continue until April 30 at venues around Lafayette.
The Sr. Olympics are put on in conjunction with the Lafayette Council on Aging.
Anyone in Acadiana over 50 years of age is eligible to participate.
Competitions include shuffleboard, billiards, track and field, swimming and weight lifting among others.

Registration ends on March 17.
