UL Lafayette football has a chance to put some finishing touches on a historic 2019 season.

The Cajuns are set to take on Miami of Ohio tonight for the annual LendingTree Bowl in Alabama.

The post season bowl appearance will be the team's ninth in program history and second under UL head coach Billy Napier.

Kick-off for that game is tonight at 6:30 pm.

Fans can catch the action on ESPN.

The Cajuns head into this game with ten wins and three losses in the regular season. While the Redhawks have eight wins and five losses.

KATC's Abby Breidenbach caught up with Ragin' Cajun alumni Jake Delhomme before Monday's big game. Hopeful of a Cajun's victory, Delhomme is predicting some standout plays from one senior in particular.

"If I'm gonna pick one standout, that's pretty hard to do, but I think Raymond Calais Jr. is going to have a really good game," says Delhomme. "It'll be his last game playing, along with many other seniors. I think he's gonna break some long runs; hopefully a kick-off return in his last game."

Delhomme also says that it is also important for Cajuns fans to be out in Mobile to show support for the team.
