Today's Cool School is Gueydan High School.
Students in Mr. Tom's class built a popsicle stick birdhouse after reading and learning about the book Sticks by Diane Alber.
The book teaches a lesson about making the best out of an unexpected situation. For these students, the situation is a melted popsicle stick that has become stained, but eventually becomes a beautiful birdhouse!
