Today's Cool School is Ascension Episcopal School.

From live-streamed daily chapel and morning announcements to virtual group work and escape rooms, Ascension Episcopal School's Downtown campus students and faculty are finding creative ways to use technology to stay connected and keep kids engaged during COVID 19.

From the safety of their classrooms and homes, students tune in to chapel and announcements each morning on the school's designated chapel YouTube channel. Quarantined students don't suffer feelings of isolation as they are able to tune in live to their classrooms through teacher-led Google Meets.

Because of the technology and innovative faculty at Ascension, quarantined students still participate in group work and remain "part of the class" while at home.
