The annual Broussard Community Fair will take place this weekend at St. Cecilia School and Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
The fair has been a fundraiser and a community-building event in Broussard for more 75 years. It has brought the church and school communities together for many years.
Attendees can participate in activities like carnival rides, a silent auction, fun jumps, fair games, face painting, Cajun Keno and Bingo, Football pools, and a $5,000 grand raffle. There will also be a 5k run, a 1 mile fun run, and plenty of food and fun for all ages.
The festivities begins this Friday night, November 22 with a pageant put on by the children of St. Cecilia School. The fun continues through until late Sunday evening.
