Acadiana Symphony to present "Amor Prohibido" concert at ACA

This Valentine's Day, The Acadiana Symphony Orchestra will present "Amor Prohibido" or "Forbidden Love" at Acadiana Center for the Arts.

The performance will feature Cuban Pianist Leonel Morales and the Acadiana Symphony's Chamber Orchestra.

Musical selections for the evening will include pieces by Cuban musician Ignacio Cervantes (1847-1905), Hungarian composer Franz Liszt (1811-1886), and Polish composer Frederick Chopin (1810-1849).

The concert takes place Friday, February 14. Two performances are scheduled. The 6:00 pm time has already sold out.

Tickets are still available for the 8:30 pm performance.
