Going to the grocery store can be such a task it starts to feel like your job, and with this week's Abby's App, you actually can start to make money while running your errands.
Ibotta is a free cash back rewards app that gives you cash for purchases you'd already be making anyway. The app has more than 1,500 retail partners you can buy from whether you're shopping for groceries, clothing, electronics, or wine and beer.
To get rewards for in-store shopping, save your receipt. Then after you checkout, snap a photo of it in the Ibotta app, and see your cash back add up.
Turn on your notifications for Ibotta. It will notify you of nearby stores and offers to never miss a deal in your area.
You can use it for online shopping too. When you're shopping on your phone, just buy through the app. When you do your online shopping from a computer, add the Ibotta extension to your chrome browser.
Before you shop, you can sift through current offers on the app to find out what purchases will get you cash back and which stores to buy them at.
Even if you already used coupons on your shopping trip, you can still make money through Ibotta too.
