It’s time to put on your thinking caps! Scott Brazda sat down with Charles Courville on GMA this morning to chat about a fundraiser that Special Olympics Louisiana is hosting!
The mission of Special Olympics Louisiana is to provide year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for people with intellectual disabilities who wish to participate, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in the sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
The Special Olympics Louisiana – Acadiana Area will be having their first trivia night fundraiser!
The event will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at Courtesy Chevrolet Cadillac of Broussard from 7 pm to 10 pm. Doors open at 6 pm!
This trivia night will consist of teams that will meet for food, drinks, trivia, and a silent auction! You can register individually for $35 or as a team of eight people or less for $250!
All proceeds will go to benefiting the Special Olympics Louisiana – Acadiana Area!
