On National Vietnam War Veterans Day, a ceremony will be held to properly thank the Vietnam War veterans and to welcome them home. The event will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019, at 9:00 am at Fountain Memorial Cemetery in Lafayette, featuring veteran honor guards, a speaker and patriotic musical selections.
Each year across the nation, groups get together to show appreciation and to honor veterans who served in the United States military during the Vietnam War.
