Zoosiana is getting into the holiday spirit with its Safari of Lights season.
Christmas displays depicting visitors’ favorite animals will light up the zoo grounds from now until the end of December.
KATC’s Abby Breidenbach was LIVE this morning with a look at some of the displays and this year’s event.
Zoosiana’s Safari of Lights opens for the holiday season beginning on Friday, November 23 and Saturday, November 24. The event is $7 to attend and will run from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm each night.
Tickets are currently on presale for $6 dollars.
The festivities continue on Friday through Sunday from November 30 to December 2. Beginning on December 7, the Safari of Lights will run each night, excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, until December 30.
Guest can enjoy cups of hot cocoa with family and friends while strolling through the Christmas displays. Santa will also be on hand to take pictures on select nights.
