Louisiana United Methodist Children & Family Services was on GMA this morning to talk about recruiting opportunities for therapeutic foster parents in Lafayette.
A therapeutic foster parent is a parent who takes care of adolescents and teenagers currently in foster care who have some type of disability or diagnosis.
The organization says that those interested must be willing to open up their heart and home to provide care and love to these children.
