The Lafayette Council on Aging and the Acadiana Apartment Association will host their 14th Annual Taste of Acadiana fundraiser at the Cajundome Convention Center on Wednesday, July 25.Tasting begins at 6:00 pm with entertainment provided by Lisa Trahan et L’Espirit Cadien. Thirty restaurants will participate in this year’s event with a range of cuisine from seafood to dessert. All proceeds will benefit the Lafayette Council on Aging’s Meals on Wheels Program and the Acadiana Apartment Association.A list of participating restaurants can be at the Taste of Acadiana 2018 Facebook Page.Tickets are still available for preorder. Guests six and under get in free and those 56 years of age and over pay $18. All others will pay $23. Tickets purchased on the day of the event will be $28.
