The Acadiana Symphony Orchestra will be hosting two upcoming events and shares information on more opportunities to engage with the symphony.

The upcoming Cavani Concert happening on Sunday, April 22 is sold out but will take place at the Acadiana Center for the Arts and feature a local musician Eric Wong.

The symphony will also present an Architects of Sound concert on Friday, May 11 at St. John’s Cathedral in Lafayette.

Besides upcoming concerts, there are several ways to hear and engage in the work done by the symphony. At Festival International the Symphony Youth Orchestra will be playing on Saturday, April 26.

The Symphony is also partnering with the Community Foundation of Acadiana for Giving Day. Each pledge made will be matched by several organizations including the symphony.

Symphony Summer Camps are also open for registration. The Symphony is partnering with the Lafayette Science Museum and developed several science projects that include music. Those who attend the camp do not need to be musically inclined.
