The Iberia Parish Relay for Life will be held on Saturday, April 14 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Bouligny Plaza in Downtown New Iberia.
The event this year will feature food, music, and fun. The hopes of this year’s event is to bring more awareness to cancer by celebrating the lives of survivors and remembering those who have lost their battles.
Relay for Life collects funds throughout the year to help those in the community who are working to fight off cancer. The organization provides services to help cancer patients throughout their battle.
The Relay will feature performances by the Oasis Belly Dancers as well as the New Iberia Senior High School Choir, among others.
The event is free to attend.
