The store clerk reported that a male suspect dressed in a blue jacket, camouflage pants, black hat, and black frame glasses entered the store and robbed them at gunpoint. The unknown suspect placed a can of beer at the register and when the clerk opened the drawer, he pulled a handgun and demanded the money. When the suspect exited the building, he damaged the front door.

Witnesses stated he ran towards a waiting car parked on Hwy 190. Another witness stated they followed the vehicle to a home by Floyd's Grocery where four subjects exited the vehicle and fled.
