Iberia Crime Stoppers is asking the public for help in solving a robbery.
On September 27 around 6:00 am, deputies with the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to 503 E. Hwy. 90, the business of Southland Inn, in reference to a robbery complaint.
Deputies say a man entered the lobby of the motel, demanded money from the worker and threatened to kill the worker. The male was described as wearing a camouflage hoodie and a mask covering his face brandishing a black firearm. After the male obtained the money, he fled in an unknown direction.
