St. Landry Crime Stoppers: Help needed in solving Lawtell burglary

St. Landry Crime Stoppers is asking for help from the public in solving a burglary at Thibodeaux’s Electric in the Lawtell area. Deputies say the owner of the business reported that just after 1:30 a.m. on July 18, 2018, his camera system captured two suspects stealing items from his business. Two unknown male suspects are seen on the east side of the building taking an air conditioner evaporator coil then attempted to steal two electric motors but were scared away.  The video also shows that another unknown suspect was acting as a lookout on Hwy 190. One suspect was wearing a green hoodie with red and black plaid pajama pants, while the other was wearing a camouflaged hoodie and dark pants, according to investigators. The three suspects were inside an extended cab white pickup truck with no tailgate.      Download the P3 app and tap the app on your mobile device to submit your anonymous tips.
