The St. Landry Parish Crime Stoppers is asking for your help in solving a burglary in the Cankton area.
On April 8, 2018, deputies responded to the 100 block of Hwy. 761 in Cankton, in reference to a theft. Police say the victim returned to his property and discovered his two sheds were broken into. Items that were stolen were a 2002 green John Deere side by side, two riding lawnmowers, a gray Craftsman and one orange Ariens.
The value of stolen property is listed at more than $5,000.
