Ingredients:

4 Cups Flour (Hold a cup back and add as needed)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups warm water

Heat up vegetable oil in pot to 350 degrees

Squeeze bottle with honey

Directions:

Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Mix dry ingredients. Stir 1 1/2 cups of heated water (if batch is not sticky add a bit more water, if too sticky add flour)
Knead, mixture should be sticky
Shape dough into golf sized balls
Flatten ball to 3" diameter pattie, pinch edge around pattie and make small hole in center

Fry about 4 patties at a time in 350 degree oil until lightly brown on both sides. Pocket of air should appear in pattie while frying. Cooks quickly so keep an eye on it!

Drizzle honey and serve.
