ACADIA PARISH, La. — A 17 year old was riding an ATV north on Louisiana Highway 95 near Wikoff Cove Drive Saturday evening when another vehicle traveling north on the road struck the rear of the ATV.
The ATV, which did not have any lights on at the time, flipped, throwing the young man off, leaving him with fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The other vehicle's driver was not injured in the crash.
This crash is still under investigation.
