LAFAYETTE–Vanilla Ice is coming to the Cajundome.

The rapper will be the headliner for the 90s Remix Tour that will perform at the venue on March 30. He is best known for his 1990 #1 hit “Ice, Ice Baby,” #4 follow-up “Play That Funky Music,” and “Ninja Rap” from the soundtrack to TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES II: THE SECRET OF THE OOZE.

Several other chart-topping artists will also join Vanilla Ice for that concert. Montell Jordan, who scored a #1 pop and R&B hit in 1995 with “This Is How We Do It,” and Silk, who topped the same charts in 1993 with “Freak Me,” are on the bill.

Dru Hill, who reached #1 on the R&B chart with songs like “In My Bed,” “Never Make a Promise,” and “How Deep Is You Love,” will also perform.

Avant, best known for his 2000 R&B chart-topper “Separated” is also slated to appear.

Kid ‘n Play, the rap duo who also starred in the HOUSE PARTY movie series, will also perform at the show.
