Almost two weeks after flooding rains, some Carencro residents are still using boats to get in and out of their neighborhoods. Cynthia Scott lives on Saint Fidelis Street. She says last Monday's storm left five inches of water in her home, which caused her ceiling to cave in and floors to buckle.
