Zachary Council tweaks Sunday alcohol ordinance

ZACHARY, La. (AP) - The Zachary City Council has approved an amendment to the city's alcohol ordinance that will allow wine and liquor sales on Sundays, beginning at noon. Under current law, beer sales begin at 12:30 p.m. for stores and restaurants. Wine and liquor cannot be sold on Sunday.... more »
