WEST MONROE, La. (AP) - A West Monroe city employee has been arrested on a charge he sold city-owned property. The News-Star reports 44-year-old Marvin Lancaster was booked Thursday into Ouachita Correctional Center on a theft charge. Bond wasn't immediately set.
