Friday Night Crash Leaves One Dead

A bad crash in Vermilion Parish leaves a man dead. It happened Friday night just after 8 at the intersection of LA 3267 and John Hardy Drive. According to troopers, 76-year-old Minos Baudoin of Abbeville ran the stop sign at the intersection and was broadsided by an oncoming vehicle.... more » -

The Vermillion Parish Sheriff's Office executed a warrant round up. Eight people were arrested on various charges, ranging from possession to distribution and solicitation. The Deputy in the story is an undercover agent. For his safety we chose to protect his identity. more »
