GONZALES, La. (AP) - Deputies have arrested students at two Ascension Parish schools in unrelated arson cases. Johnnie Balfantz, school system spokesman, tells The Advocate the fires were set in restrooms at St. Amant High and Lowery Middle schools. WASHINGTON (AP) - The Supreme Court has ruled that teenagers may not be locked up for life without chance of parole if they haven't killed anyone.
