FRANKLIN, La. (AP) - Berwick's former fire chief faces 10 counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile. Authorities arrested 47-year-old Michael Touchet, of Bayou Vista, on Tuesday for charges involving a 13-year-old Berwick girl.
