ALEXANDRIA, La. (AP) - The Air Force has proposed disbanding a Louisiana National Guard air traffic control squadron based at England Airpark in Rapides Parish. NEW ORLEANS (AP) - The Louisiana National Guard is moving back the Jackson Barracks, five years after Hurricane Katrina flooded most of the military post.
