Man faces theft charges over iPads

MARKSVILLE, La. (AP) - Marksville police say an Avoyelles Parish School District employee was arrested on charges of theft. The Town Talk reports 42-year-old Robert Gaspard Jr. of Marksville was booked Tuesday with felony theft and malfeasance. Police say three district-owned iPads were stolen.
