Pedestrian Hit on I-10 in Scott Dies From Injuries

A pedestrian struck by a vehicle on the N. University off ramp of I-10 in Scott, has died from his injuries. Alfred Francis was hit on August 29. Police say the vehicle was approaching the off ramp when Francis stepped in its path for an unknown reason. He suffered injuries... more »
