A Forked Island man is accused of killing a man in Plaquemine. 25-year-old Channing Paul Touchet allegedly shot 17-year-old Jamarius Riley. Media reports say Touchet might have mistaken Riley for someone else. The teenager was walking home from his job at a local grocery store when he was killed. more » -
