The City-of-Crowley could cut off fire protection services for areas outside of city limits. Just after one o'clock Sunday morning, a major fire riped through Landry's Seafood and Steakhouse in Jeanerette. Around 2:30 Saturday morning a car traveling in the 1000 block of Kaliste Saloom Road veered off and hit an apartment.
