Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF) firefighting crews continue to battle an unusually large number of fires for this time of year, Commissioner Mike Strain, D.V.M., said. Two Youngsville Dog Owners Sue LSPCA

Two Youngsville dog breeders are suing the Louisiana Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). Floyd and Guy Boudreaux faced dog-fighting charges last year and 57 of their dogs were confiscated and euthanized.
