Fire Chief Drowns on Lake Ouachita

A community is mourning the sudden death of its fire chief. Damien Aguillard drowned Saturday while vacationing with family on Lake Ouachita in Arkansas. Aguillard's body was discovered east of an area known as Crawdad Island. He was the fire chief for the Vidrine Volunteer Fire Department in Evangeline Parish.... more »
